Have You Tried This, If Not Read On? Or Read On Anyway!!
Some of you are probably wondering what this photo is all about. Some of you might already know if you have tried it. I must confess I had to look back through the years postings to see if I had even shared this idea. You guessed it, I have not. Yes, I every once in a while, look up a recipe I want to make hoping I did post it..... This is all about Greek yogurt for me. I have not tried it with regular yogurt but am guessing it would work with that also. I am a huge fan of Gr

Everything's Better With Bacon, Right? And That's When It All Started!!
Today I was wanting something different, or as I like to say, a naughty treat! After rummaging around in my freezer, I came out with a few slices of a local applewood smoked bacon. Next, I needed something interesting to go with. Having been to my local farm stand the day before I was staring at a nice savoy cabbage, another one of my favorite things. Feel Good About Eating It Stuffed Purple Pepper!! Color Matters!

Keeping to my promise of lighter, healthier recipes. However, I did add another filling idea at the end of this post! Please note, if you are not a fan of mushrooms try the filling in zucchini boats or even peppers, or just baked plain and crunchy works too. This large mushroom was purchased at my local corner mark

Simple Stacks, Your Choice Of Veggie And How High!! Eggplant Here!
First, I need to say welcome aboard to my newest member. No time to make eggplant parmesan or lasagna (or zucchini) try my easy eggplant stacks. I also do these with zucchini but when eggplant is fresh at farm stands, I use that. Don't get me wrong I love the different veggie lasagnas, but not all the time or amount of ingredients in most lasagna recipes. I do bread and bake my eggplant first. I am a fan of crisp tender and crunchy not soggy. I do thick slice and salt my roun
